Shadille Estepan is Communications and Creative Manager for Born This Way Foundation. In this capacity, Shadille supports the Foundation’s external communications efforts – including video production – as well as the organization’s programming. Shadille has been part of Born This Way Foundation since 2012 when she served as part of the inaugural Youth Advisory Board. Shadille is originally from Miami and she is a graduate of the University of Florida.
