Event ticketing - Delivery information, refund and cancellation policy

Here below you will find all relevant information regarding your ticket purchase to an event from our program:

 
I. How long does it take to receive the ticket?
 
You will receive your ticket within 24 hours. Please check your spam and contact us at members@themerode.com if you do not receive it after this delay.
 
II. Which countries we deliver our products to?
 
Our tickets are delivered in Belgium online to the e-mail address provided by the customer. The location and address where each event takes place is specified in the program on our website.
 
III. Cancellation and refund policy
 
Event tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 48hours before the beginning of the event.

If your cancellation delay is less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event your ticket will not be refunded. We thank you for your understanding and hope you will be able to join us next time.

IV. How to cancel an event registration and ask for a refund for the ticket purchase?

If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel your registration through the app or our website or contact your TheMerode Community Team via email at members@themerode.com.

If multiple tickets were bought in one purchase, please specify the number of tickets you wish to cancel and receive a refund for.
