British Berlin-based artist Paul McDevitt (b. 1972) creates painting, book works, drawings and sculpture that touch on the legacy of modernism. 

The works on display here from his ‘Notes to Self’ series are all created on old A4 pages the artist uses to write to do lists and notes for his work and life in process.

These are transformed and consumed as material - which he responds to aesthetically and sometimes conceptually with intuitive painted elements. 

McDevitt ran a long running project space, risograph edition imprint called called Farbvision and artist record label Infinite Grayscale.
