Tracey Emin - 2024
One of the best known British artists to emerge from the YBA generation, Emin works with drawing, painting, sculpture, film, photography, neon text and textile.
She also has a thriving printmaking vein of her work, well represented here, which often focuses on fastly rendered representations of reclining female nudes.
Emin’s practice is notably autobiographical, often referencing her own body, sexual relationships and emotional experience.
Represented by Xavier Hufkens and Whitecube, she has exhibited at Tate Britain, Musée d'Orsay, Hayward Gallery and represented Britain at the 52nd Venice Biennale.
