Magali is a senior manager at Bain, a management consulting company, where she focuses on Digital, Tech and Data. Magali is passionate about using technology to solve problems and putting it at the service of society.

Before joining Bain, Magali built and led the Advanced Analytics and Software development team at IBA for 4 years. She worked in different organizations prior to that, including Tesla in California, Total, Accenture, Dalberg and the UN World Food Program.

Magali holds an Engineering degree in Applied Mathematics from UCLouvain, a Master of Business Administration from MIT and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard. She is the proud mother of three amazing children, founded Cohesion Belgium, an NGO focusing on DEI, and is an alumni of Belgium 40 under 40.
