Say it right: The art of constructive feedback

A hands-on workshop to sharpen your communication skills and strengthen your relationships.

The first seats are available now.

The remaining seats will be released on March 10 at 6pm.

Feedback can both be difficult to give and hard to take in. In this interactive workshop, HR expert Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens and Learning and development manager Jennifer Bourgeois will guide you through the essential techniques to master it.

This two-part session starts with theory, using real-world examples to break down what it means to be critical friends, the power of constructive feedback, and the principles of non-violent communication. The second part is all about practice - engaging in exercises helping you refine your approach and apply what you've learned in real time. Walk away with the confidence to give and receive feedback that sparks growth, strengthens relationships, and drives real change.
