Doriane Magnus – Chief Customer Officer at Kiabi World, where she leads customer experience for a major global fashion brand while fostering a culture of agility and continuous learning.

Stefan Juričić – Founding Partner at Sailpeak, a firm transforming the banking sector through digital innovation and AI, with a focus on talent-driven growth.

Gabriel Goldberg

Gabriel Goldberg is an established entrepreneur in the Belgian digital ecosystem. He founded the company Semetis with his partner Nicolas Debray in 2009 after setting up Google's activities in Belgium. Semetis quickly became the Belgian leader in digital marketing thanks to its pioneering vision of digital marketing consultancy. In addition to his role at Semetis, Gabriel also served as Managing Director at OMD Belgium, the leading media agency of Omnicom Group. In this role, he helped accelerate the digital integration of OMD Belgium. In 2019, Gabriel and Nicolas Debray launched the company Hakacia which serves as a coaching platform for Belgian scale-ups. Gabriel also holds several positions in the Belgian technology ecosystem: Leadership Coach, Director, Business Angel or Investor and member of the Board of Directors of the Brussels Chamber of Commerce (BECI), representing the digital industry.

Doriane Magnus

Doriane Magnus is currently Chief Customer Officer at KIABI Global. She has been working in the marketing field for about 15 years. She started in the market research world at Nielsen and then switched to digital and joined Semetis. After several years handling advertisers' digital campaigns / data architecture projects and leading teams of consultants, she became Semetis Managing Director. Earlier 2021 she finally decided to explore the advertiser side by joining Kiabi Belgium where she’s having a blast building a historic French brand on the Belgian market. She was in charge of defining and implementing the 360° Brand & Clients strategy on the Belgian territory. In recent months she has taken on the role of Chief Client Officer at the group level, leading all customers' levers on an integrated basis (customer animation, customer relations, customer knowledge and customer journey).

Stephane Juricic

Stéphane is an accomplished entrepreneur and digital marketing expert with over a decade of experience in launching and scaling successful businesses. In 2024, Stéphane co-founded Sailpeak, where he leverages his extensive background in multi-channel marketing, operations, and strategy to drive business growth and innovation. Prior to Sailpeak, Stéphane founded Bubbly, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce platform for contact lenses, which he successfully led for nearly five years before selling it to Lance glasses. His role at Bubbly encompassed leading marketing, growth, content strategy, and operations, showcasing his ability to execute across various business functions. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Stéphane spent seven years at Semetis, a Belgian leader in digital advertising and business intelligence, where he held various leadership positions, including Business Director. At Semetis, Stéphane managed multimillion-euro digital campaigns and helped position the company as a data-driven media agency
