For this edition, Diane Marois hosts producer Mor.lov and Sudanese artist and activist Razeen for a conversation and live music exploring the crossroads of music and politics.
While electronic music was originally created as a means of cultural and community expression, today it’s often associated solely with partying.
However, in an era of genre fusion, two artists with unique journeys — the Dutch producer Mor.Lov and Sudanese-origin singer, rapper, and designer Razeen — navigate from house to jungle, from hip hop to lofi jazz, acting as voices for social and political struggles that resonate with their own stories.
The genre of music doesn’t matter anymore; what matters is building “new worlds.”
A unique chance to discover the political power of electronic music.

Music has always been More.lov's calling, from an early fascination with keyboards to finding rhythm in drums, which helped him channel ADHD into creativity. Drumming in bands evolved into a passion for digital production, eventually leading him to co-found Secret Ensemble and collaborate with brands like Lexus and FIFA. Moving to Berlin expanded his creative circle, particularly with Horsemen, whose momentum grew with festival bookings and recognition from icons like Laurent Garnier and Pete Tong. Although setbacks like COVID paused his journey, 2023 marked a fresh start. Rebuilding around his passion for “translating emotions” through music, he is now gaining traction with new releases, label interest, and inspiring collaborators who propel him forward.

Razeen, born in Khartoum, Sudan, began playing piano at eight, building a solid musical foundation through seven years of lessons. In his teens, he ventured into rap, releasing Dutch hip hop under the name "Creeper Mane" and producing an EP, singles, and a full album over six years.
Later, he embraced his birth name, Razeen, and shifted to making music in English and Arabic, blending his Sudanese roots with Western influences. Beyond music, Razeen is a dancer, stylist, art teacher, jewellery designer, and video director, using his diverse talents to create immersive worlds where audiences can lose themselves—what he sees as the essence of great art.
