speaker

Céline Naveau

After studying criminology, Céline Naveau began her career in the social economy with the organisation Les Petits Riens. During six enriching years, she held various positions, ranging from personnel management to logistics team management, all during a period of transformation. She then joined DUO for a JOB as the director in Liège, where she was tasked with launching the mentoring programme in Wallonia. Subsequently, she took on responsibilities in developing the association to support its growth in Wallonia and across Belgium. She currently serves as Head of Development for Brussels and Wallonia at DUO for a JOB, and as a coordinator for strategic projects.

speaker

Patrick Somerhausen

After studying management engineering at ULB, Patrick Somerhausen began his career at Unilever in Belgium and later in France. He has always been inspired by people who bring their dreams and projects to life, which led him to entrepreneurship early on. Between 2005 and 2012, he launched and developed several companies in Paris, active in event marketing and logistics. As he increasingly sought purpose in his professional life, he met his business partner, Nicolas Crochet, who encouraged him to engage in volunteer activities with the Belgian Red Cross. This experience led them to co-found Funds For Good, a company based on a model of responsible capitalism where profit is a means to achieve social goals. Patrick has since held several voluntary board positions in the social economy and impact investing. He is currently responsible for the "impact" side of Funds For Good, focusing on financing and supporting entrepreneurs. He also launched their first private equity fund, ImpaktEU, a project he leads within FFG.
