Learn the art of Dim Sum and enjoy a delicious lunch to celebrate the Lunar New Year
Dim Sum, which translates to “touch the heart”, originated in teahouses along the Silk Road as long as 2,500 years ago. The small, delicate dumplings were served, both savoury and sweet, to complement the tea enjoyed by travellers stopping to rest along the way. Today, Dim Sum is a beloved culinary tradition and a staple of Chinese restaurants everywhere.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the most important holiday in China and Chinese communities around the world, join us for a hands-on Dim Sum cooking class, where you'll learn to craft the delicious bites from scratch.
The workshop will be followed by a lunch, where everyone can enjoy the Dim Sum they have created together.
A collaboration with Dim's - best dim sum in town!
