This session is based on a technique developed by Leonard Orr in the 1960s, aimed at oxygenating the brain, stimulating the release of endorphins, and encouraging the smooth circulation of energy throughout the body. For 55 minutes, you will lie on a yoga mat with closed eyes, guided to breathe deeply and continuously, eliminating pauses between inhaling and exhaling. This practice soothes the frontal part of the brain, allows for deep relaxation, and helps release buried emotions and tensions, offering a profound sense of letting go.
