Breast cancer: the hopes for research

Join us for an essential talk on Breast Cancer awareness and research with medical oncologist, Dr. Philippe Aftimos.

With over 10,500 new cases of breast cancer detected each year in Belgium, raising awareness about research and prevention is crucial.

Scientific research is fundamental in driving significant progress, aiming to cure more breast cancer patients and reduce relapses, as well as improving quality of life.

Dr. Aftimos, co-primary investigator of Aurora — a European academic research programme utilising molecular technology to study metastatic breast cancers — will guide us through the latest advancements in treatments and prevention.

Don't miss this opportunity to learn from an expert at the forefront of breast cancer research.

An event organized in collaboration with BIG against Breast Cancer.
