Chloé's "why" is to have a positive impact on people, projects, and society. She supports organizations that want to be part of the solution when it comes to sustainability matters. Over the last 20 years, she has had the chance to work within several sectors with the constant desire to help people and companies thrive, shine, or change and shine – hence her company name. She accompanies organizations in their communication and change management strategies. Having held leadership positions and being passionate about people's development, she also unlocks the potential and confidence of executives and entrepreneurs through the thought-provoking process of business coaching (ICF).

Furthermore, she advises C-level executives and notable personalities on their personal branding, including public speaking. Lastly, she loves hosting and moderating conferences, webinars, and debates to put people in the spotlight. Chloé holds a BA in International Affairs and Politics from Vesalius College VUB, and an Executive Master in Marketing and Advertising from Solvay Business School. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI) and Business Coach (ICF).
