Convinced that entrepreneurship is a source of innovation and societal wealth, and that business can be used as a force for good, Benoit is today involved in purpose led businesses.  He is the co-founder of Montagne Alternative - www.montagne-alternative.com - an inspiring seminar centre in the Swiss Alps that became, the first B Corp in Switzerland in 2014. He is currently CEO of www.resiliencei.com, a global boutique consulting firm that measure, maps and builds human resilience at work.
